I'm Claire. I work with women who are new to exercise, hate the gym, are pregnant or have just had a baby.
I'm not interested in quick fixes. I aim to equip you with the tools you need to feel confident in your own skin and enjoy exercising.
Enjoyment is at the heart of everything I do because if you're not having fun, firstly what's the point? Secondly you are far less likely to develop an exercise habit and make it a part of your life. It's so much easier to find time do something you enjoy.

HOW I CAN HELP
In Person Training
No matter where you are in your exercise journey, I am here to support and guide you.
I'm a pre/ post natal specialist trainer, helping mums and mums-to-be exercise safely during and after pregnancy.
I also work with women who either hate the gym or are simply new to exercise and don't know how or where to start.
We will train once or twice a week and I will guide you to feeling and becoming more confident and stronger than ever!
