Hate the gym, new to exercise, pregnant or a new mum? Come workout in person with me in my lovely space. I will teach you how to train safely and effectively, whilst also having fun.
I understand that committing to someone you don't know is hard, therefore I offer a free, no obligation session. Come and give it a try, if I'm not for you, no problem.
